October 12, 2007, Newsletter Issue #31: You Can Track An E-card

Tip of the Week

AmericanGreetings.com Tip: Let's talk mail. Nothing against the United States Postal Service, because they do a great job, but things are lost in the mail all the time. And you certainly don't want your favorite Uncle thinking you're jerk for not sending your birthday greetings, when in fact the card got lost in the mail. This problem is easily solved with the e-card, because unlike typical mail, you can track an e-card and not have to pay extra to do so!

One benefit of sending an e-card is that you are able to check the status of the e-card delivery and most sites send you an email notice when the person who received it has picked it up. Track the e-card by using the assigned e-card number you were given, going back to the site in which you sent the e-card and inputting that information.

The next time you want to send a wish via snail mail, give it another thought. Why not send an e-card, with a guarantee that you will know the status of that card at all times!
