System Requirements for Talking E-cards
If you want to send a talking e-card you will need to make sure that your computer has all of the system requirements in order to make the process run smoothly. If you don't have the necessary requirements you may end up with some frustration on your part.
At AmericanGreetings.com, you will need to make sure that you have at least Windows 95 or 98. To check what Windows you have, go to the start button of your computer and click on it. What Windows you are running should be displayed for you to see. If you do not have the proper Windows, you will need to purchase the software and download it to your computer.
If you have a Mac, you will need OS9 or OSX. To check what your Mac is running you can click on the apple icon at the top left-hand corner of your computer. Keep in mind that for sites such as AmericanGreetings.com, Mac computers are not compatible with all of the site features, which can hinder your ability to use some of the functions.
For sending a talking e-card you will need to make sure that your computer has Windows 98, NT, 2000, ME, or XP and Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher. If your computer does not meet all the system requirements for sending a talking e-card you will need to purchase the correct system for downloading to your computer.
